Your video files are NEVER uploaded to our servers.

When you import an MP4, WebM, or MOV video into ReelSlice AI, the file is read locally using your browser's native File and Blob APIs. Video decoding, canvas composition, ambient blur generation, subtitle rendering, and segment recordings are executed directly on your device via HTML5 Canvas, Web Audio API, and MediaRecorder. We do not store, copy, stream, or retain your video footage.

2. Information We Collect

Local Project State: To allow you to resume your editing work across browser reloads, ReelSlice AI stores editing state (such as subtitle text, split timestamps, and visual settings) inside your browser's private IndexedDB storage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache.
Standard Web Server Log Files: Like most web hosting platforms, our servers automatically log standard request information (such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring pages, and date/time stamps). These logs do not contain personal identities and are used solely for analyzing traffic and administering server security.
Contact Inquiries: If you contact us via email at support@reelslice.online or through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your support inquiry.

3. Google AdSense & Advertising Partners

Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to reelslice.online and other sites on the internet.
